Hall Hire
Our rooms are available to hire at various times during the week, Monday to Saturday.
Our rooms for hire comprise of:
Function room set - 3 rooms, kitchen and our small field suitable for children's parties, other parties and larger events. A special party package rate for 4 hours, or by the hour (minimum 3 hours, including your setting up and clearing up up time). Front Room - 40 seated people, Games Hall - 40 people, Coffee lounge 40 people, Kitchen, Field.
Front room - On its own for meetings by the hour, which can accommodate 40 seated people.
Please note that we cannot accommodate regular bookings.

1. Who does the cleaning?
As part of the Terms and conditions, a booking customer is responsible for leaving the room(s) clean and tidy, and for furniture and equipment to be put back as they were. However we do a thorough anti Covid clean after the event so the space is ready for our next use.
2. Can I have a bouncy castle?
You may hire your own 3rd party equipment e.g. bouncy castles, but this will be at your own risk (see Terms and Conditions)
3. What chairs and tables can I use?
We have lots of stackable adult sized chairs and 6 seater tables, as well as children's chairs and tables, available for you to use. We also have a few sofas and chairs that live in the Coffee Lounge and Front Room permanently.
5. Can I cook my party food while I'm there?
If you book the Function Room Set, this includes the Kitchen which has a large gas oven and all the equipment you should need.
6. How do I book?
Fill in the Booking Enquiry form below, and we will reply by email within 2 days with the availability and hire rate for your event. A potential booking will be held for 5 working days, and is confirmed by your payment within this time.
7. How will I get access to the building?
Once confirmed, and closer to your event date, we will contact you with the name of a keyholder, who will meet you at the beginning of your booked time, show you round and settle you in. They will return at the end of your booked time.
