Help & Support

CAP Fresh Start

Our course (run in partnership with national charity Christians Against Poverty) is for anyone who wants to stop a habit that is controlling their life, whatever form it takes - drinking, drugs, smoking or perhaps a gambling or internet addiction. The group of course members is a supportive community where people can meet regularly and work through a 12 step based course designed to help them break free from their dependency.

For more information and detail on joining the next course contact Annabel Brown on 07849 678 171 or annabelbrown@capfreshstart.org. More info is at www.capfreshstart.org
